Note from Lisa:
The five-petal flower represents all Métis children who attended residential schools. The infinity symbol is small, as if it’s hiding and represents holding onto the culture while trying not to forget who you are. The Métis flowers are blooming and encircling the flower and infinity symbol as a representation of the enduring strength of Métis culture and identity.
